Keanu Reeves is, Immortal?

CONSPIRACY THEORY OF THE WEEK

So everyone enjoys a good conspiracy theory. This one takes the cake!
A friend at work nonchalantly asked me the other day is I knew about Keanu Reeves being immortal. Think I misunderstood I politely asked her to repeat herself, but no need, she had pulled up a website describing how Keanu Reeves is immortal....

WTF People, Really?!

THIS IS FROM THAT WEBSITE....

First - He doesn't age

Second - Being immortal he lived through time with many identities. These are the confirmed ones.

Aside from the striking resemblance, the account of the death of Charlemagne rise suspicion.
First of all he crowned his son just before dying (just like he knew he was going to 'die') secondly his burial was rushed during cold weather this is a clear hint that they needed to bury a body to not rise any suspicion.
Aside from the striking resemblance, there are sevaral facts that without any reasonable doubt shows that Paul Mounet is Keanu Reeves.
He was a doctor first and then an actor, the rise of the medical science could've been a problem to an immortal, by becoming a baron of the medicine he gained protection from any kind of inquiry about his everlasting appearance.
Paul Mounet allegedly died in 1922 although his body was never found.

Third - The kindness he possess is the spawn of a long and sage life.

Keanu is one of the few actors that truly respects the work of the people behind the scenes of hollywood movies, is it clear that during his everlasting life he came to appreciate the hard work so he decided to give away 50 millions pounds (out of 70) of his earnings from the matrix sequels. When asked about his act of generosity he said:
"Money is the last thing I think about. I could live on what I have already made for the next few centuries".

10 Reasons to Ban Gay Marriage (Priceless)

It is kind of sad that we have to debate these kind of things...

10 Reasons to Ban Gay Marriage

Why I am no longer a Republican

In my youth, I would proudly proclaim being republican. I used to think they were the party of the people, I used to think that they were for letting us live our lives; but now I have grown up.... Well that is no longer the case.

In no particular order....

Reason Number 1: No Logic

How is it logical to be so staunch against gay marriage?
It is not logical to be so hardcore against gay marriage, in fact, supporting the unions that gay couple want could serve to strengthen our country by removing a cultural wedge.

How does coddling the rich help the rest of us?
IT DOESN'T!!! The notion of "trickle down" economics is absurd; anyone with two eyes can see that an economy is built up, not trickled around.

These illogical notions have driven me so far away from the party that it is impossible for me to even consider going back.

Reason Number 2: The party belongs to the Top 1 (Economics)

There is a direct relationship between Political Polarization and Income Inequality, this is because the 1% has effectively bought out the Republican Party. The Polarization has come from the endless measures taken to coddle the rich and the fact that party members have been tricked into believing that they (the rich) have their (The American Worker) best interest in mind.
We are becoming The Working Poor as the Rich become Richer.

Rather than spend money on things like infrastructure and education, The GOP would rather spend that money on our military. Unfortunately, they are not spending money to protect us, rather they are spending money on Military contracts where the rich profiteer our tax dollars.
see THE TRUTH ABOUT HALLIBURTON

Example: When the financial crisis struck, Wall street got a bail out, Main Street got a boot out.

Keep Vilifying the Occupy movement, the majority of them are FORMER tea-party members and Libertarians.

Reason Number 3: They ARE the party of NO!

Republicans on capitol hill shoot down EVERY measure that is brought to the house floor that could help the American Economy.
Google Republican Filibusters and you will see just how bad they are when it comes to saying "NO".
see: Dems warn: McConnell will regret these filibusters

Reason Number 4: The HYPOCRISY!

Payroll Tax Cut: Republican idea shot down by Republicans on Capitol Hill after being proposed by Democrats
The Individual Mandate: Several years ago, the Heritage Foundation, and several prominent Republicans, were among those that pushed the idea of requiring people to buy health insurance.
Cap-and-trade: originally proposed by conservatives and Republicans as a market-based solution to solving environmental problems.

That's just the past couple years... and that's not all of them....

Reason Number 5: The Environment

Sadly the Republicans seem to think it is okay to waste away our environment, to strip the land of the natural resources and then leave it barren and unusable. Well maybe not to that extreme, but they have no problem with ignoring the repercussions to their actions. Take the Keystone Pipeline for example, Republicans are more than willing to risk our water supply in the name helping Big Oil.
This in theory could be attributed to Republicans belonging to the top 1%.

How I used to see things...

When I would hear that republicans were for the rich, I would laugh and talk about how they are letting us live our lives and not forcing things down our throat, that they were letting businesses do there thing and thus creating jobs; that was in my youth and naivety.
I used to think DRILL BABY DRILL!! But never about the consequences.
I used to think we needed to spend more on our military, but now I want to cut that in about half.
I used to think we should get rid of the social programs like welfare and food stamps, but then I learned how people do not stay on them permanently.

I used to think a lot of things, but now I think a lot different. I wonder how I will think in 10 years.

To answer what you may be thinking, no I am not a Democrat, I am a Libertarian.

The Debt IS NOT The Problem, This is Why

15 Trillion Dollars

$15,000,000,000,000

Our Debt is a Whopping 15 Trillion Dollars, but that is not the problem! Why not? Because as soon as people begin working again it will vanish like Houdini; as soon as we begin imposing FAIR taxes, we will have a surplus.

I was reading a "Tea Party" article a few minute ago and felt ashamed that I used to once think like that. The article was blasting Ex-Im (Export Import Bank), a fund that gives out loans to companies where the private sector can't. The article was calling Ex-Im a slush fund and corporate welfare, yes the fund gave money to Solyndra, but this fund is far from a slush fund, especially since the money it gives out must be paid back WITH INTEREST.

I will agree (yes, agree) with one point they made, we need to end corporate welfare, and while we are at it let us end the welfare for the 1% too!

What is really sad is the fact that the article was implying that the fund was part of the reason we have a 15 Trillion Dollar Debt. You can read the article Here

WE NEED A THRIVING MIDDLE CLASS

One thing that made America great and will make us great again is a thriving middle class. Unfortunately, these past few decades we have seen Legislation after Legislation, Bill after Bill, and Policy after Policy that helps the Rich in the HOPE that it will "trickle down" to the rest of us....
Been there, done that, and I even have a T-shirt that says "Reaganomics"

If we truly want to do something about the debt, we need people earning a good wage so they can play plenty of taxes! The more we are able to make, the more taxes we will be able to pay, Economics 101.

WE NEED Policy that will enable the middle class to thrive! Then we will be able to let the debt get paid off quickly.

FAIR TAXES

We all here politicians complain or call for "Fair Taxes" the Republicans want less taxes for the rich and more for the poor while the Democrats want more taxes for the rich and less for the poor. Well let's face it, the rich DO NOT pay there fair share. I wrote a blog A Case for the Rich to Pay MORE Taxes where I make the point that the rich benefit the most from government spending, thus they should have to pay more taxes, otherwise we are doing the opposite of Robin Hood, with low taxes on the rich we are in effect taking from the poor and giving to the rich.

Warren Buffett even wrote an Op-Ed Stop Coddling the Super-Rich
Buffett points out that between 1980 and 2000 Forty-Million jobs were added to the economy even though taxes on investment income were substantially higher than they are today.

I would like to add that the higher taxes on the rich end up helping the rich the most. How? Simple! the money we collect in taxes get reinvested into many things and the businesses that the rich own end up prospering.
